Police have cited a tow-truck driver with motor vehicle homicide for a crash that killed an Omaha woman crossing the street at North 48th Street and St. Paul Avenue.
The body found last week at a farm near Oxford has been identified as Jerica Hamre, a Lincoln woman who went missing in the summer of 2024.
