11-year-old leads cops on car chase in Ohio after kids learn to steal vehicles on YouTube, police say

A carful of kids led police on a chase in what officials said was a stolen car Saturday. An 11-year-old was driving the stolen vehicle and had two passengers in tow: an 8-year-old and a 12-year-old, Newburgh Heights Police Chief John Majoy said, according to NBC affiliate WKYC of Cleveland.
